The Mayor of the City Los Santos is the official head and chief executive officer of Los Santos. The officeholder is elected for a four-year (4 Month Real Time) term and is limited to serving no more than two terms. (Under the Constitution of San Andreas, all judicial, school, county and city offices are nonpartisan.)

The Mayor of Los Santos is the chief executive of the city and the acting chairperson of all City Hall Council meetings and various events in the Community. Mayor functions to channel suggestions or criticisms from citizens and government officials to be submitted to the Governor of San Andreas or Washington D.C. Government Members, the Mayor can also approve documents or a new business in the City. The Mayor may appoint as many Deputy Mayors or Senate as he deems fit to assist him in the Government.

The Senate in Los Santos is the representative of every job in Los Santos and they will control according to the type they have chosen starting from the Civilian Senate which controls the Citizens of Los Santos, the Law Enforcement Senate which controls Law Enforcement Agency such as San Andreas State Police, Los Santos County Sheriff's Department, and Los Santos Police Department, the Senate Medical Service which controls and represents the Los Santos County Fire Department and Pillbox Medical Center.

The County Clerk is part of the District Government who helps run city council meetings, prepares and distributes agendas, keeps minutes, and publishes all information required by law to be published
Department of Justice[]
If the Mayor or Deputy Mayor cannot carry out the vision and mission as Mayor, Department Of Justice or Federal Government can elect a new Mayor.
